    Owner-Operators must submit all five forms listed above. Those applying for Company Driver positions do not submit the Consumer Report Disclosure and Tractor Information Sheet. Please note that appropriate forms must be completed in order for your application to go through.

    All of our company drivers have paid time off (PTO), health insurance coverage, and the option of participating in our 401k program. Drivers are paid both on loaded and empty miles.

    • Must have valid CDL-Class A license.
    • Must be at least 23 years of age.
    • Two years of verifiable over-the-road tractor-trailer experience with 48 foot and 53 foot dry vans.
    • Must meet all federal and state motor carrier requirements.
    • Must complete Crown LSP Group of Rocky Mount, NC employment application.
    • Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.
    • Must pass background and criminal checks.
    • Must successfully pass company road test.
    • May have no careless or reckless violations or DWI violations within the past seven years. (All applicants are subject to approval by our insurance company.)
    • May have no more than two moving violations within the past three years.
    • May have no more than one chargeable accident within the past three years.
    • Must submit to interviews to determine maturity, emotional stability, and professional knowledge.
    • Must be available and willing to receive training as deemed necessary.
